Welcome to my Blog.

Join me in my crafting adventure! I think I can honetly say that I have been a crafter in some shape or form since I was a lttle girl. Thats a long time!!! It all started with my most cherished toy. My Spirograph! Then I ventured a bit further to such things as Calligraphy, Flower arranging, Dough Dollies, Marquetry, and now my passion is Card Making.

My poor family have to put up with a lot from me but they are so supportive and I love them all.

My Craft2gether Craft Club takes place on the third Tuesday of each month, with occasional Saturday Workshops. Keep stopping by to catch up with my antics and I really love to recieve your comments.

Snow for Hubbies Birthday!

What a day! Traveled to Barleylands today to find the shop closed! Marion, where were you? You really must take a trip to Sugar and Spice. Lovely shop and lovely people. Just wish they had got to work today! Hope to see you soon girls.
Anyhow, Hubbies birthday today. He was in the car 6 hours yesterday and still didn't get to work!. But today he made it. Shame really because I'm sure he would rather be at home. Still, he got a new camera so I'm sure he'll be taking loads more piccies.

The snow looks so pretty when it first falls. Bit icy out there now though!
Here are the birthday cards. The Vintage Photo plate was just the ticket for the occasion and the little Bluetit is from the Christmas Post plate.I've also used one of the new masks to provide a subtle background. All items available from Creative Expression Stockists. You can find your local one on theCreative Expressions Website.

Take care

Hi Lynne

Lovely to see you posting! We miss you when you are away!

Anyway sorry you had a wasted trip to Suger & Spice and they were not there - I know Marion has not made it into work because of the snow and she sent a couple of e-mails over the last couple of days to apologise - and as I'm on her e-mail list I knew!!! I agree with you Lynne its a lovely shop - perhaps let me know when you next go as I'd love to go again!!!

Happy Birthday to your hubby. Hope he like his cards they are fab. Love the fact that his card matched his present!

Speak soon and looking forward to the next craft club.
