Quick post today because we're off out tonight for Mum's birthday treat! She likes her card I made her. She has always loved Flower Fairies and I am at the moment finishing a marquetry picture of the Hawthorne fairy for her. It was supposed to be ready for her birthday , but I always struggle with the polishing and finishing and leave it until the last minute. Hopefully it will be ready to enter in the National marquetry competition in May. I'll let you know how it gets on!

Hope you like it. The customer was pleased with it I'm pleased to say. I don't like making cards with photographs on them, but unfortunately I seem to get a lot of orders for them. Still, as long as they are pleased!

Ah this is brilliant, I never know what to do when making cards with photoes either, this is brilliant. Hazelxo
love the card......I used a photo to make my mum and dads ruby wedding card.....but I must admit I dont often use cards, but the results can be surprisly fab!!
