Sunset

Just been playing with some of my Clarity Stamps. I have great admiration for Barbara Gray and having just been to Stamperama and, as ussual, spent a long time at the Clarity Stamp Stand watching Barbara produce some wonderful pieces, I decided to copy one of her scenes. I'm quite pleased with the outcome, although not a patch on hers! She always makes it look so easy, and I find Brayering quite unpredictable.
Practice makes perfect, so I shall keep at it and maybe one day be almost as good as the lady herself - In my dreams!!!

An Old Favourite

This Anita's stamp is one I've had for ages and used to use it so often. Very useful for weddings, Anniversary's etc. I'm really rushed for time at the mo, so I'm trying to get all my orders out, so I can then concentrate on Ally Pally samples. Very traditional, but I do like it! Hope you do too!!! Let me know what you think.

Cosmic Shimmer Fibres

Sorry havn't been around much lately. You know what it's like during the school holidays!!! My feet have hardly touched the ground. Bobby has had a full programme of activities to attend and "Mum's Taxi" is very busy at the moment! Still it's nice he is being kept busy. He would only watch TV all day otherwise, and I would be climbing the walls!
I have lots of samples to make for Ally Pally 26th September. Don't know quite where I'm going to find the time, but I'm sure I'll manage it somehow.

In these two cards I have used Cosmic Shimmer Fibres on the main image. Lovely when used with this type of stamp. The Bear is from Particraft ,
the rabbit fromDimension Fourth
.They always look nicer in the flesh. It's hard to capture the effect of the fibres on camera.

I demonstrated at a Craft Club in Harlow last Monday. What a lovely group of ladies (and gentleman)they were. I was made very welcome and had a great time. I am going back soon to demonstrate at another club and it looks like we may be organising a Craft Day. It will be lovely if some of my Craft2gether craft club members were able to meet up with these other crafting ladies (and Gent). I'm very excited about it and can't wait to finalise things. Watch this space for details!
